Designed and developed a specialized web application tailored to Telefónica’s business model, managing high-volume call center operations for mobile, fixed-line, and SMB (SME) segments. The platform centralizes multi-service sales workflows and features an advanced reporting engine that delivers daily granular insights. By tracking performance by product and agent, the system ensures alignment with corporate sales targets and operational excellence within the Telco industry.

The CAR Green Business Portal is a centralized web platform dedicated to the promotion and visibility of verified sustainable businesses. It features a comprehensive digital catalog showcasing eco-friendly products and services, ranging from organic agriculture to circular economy crafts. This solution was designed to bridge the gap between local producers and conscious consumers, providing a professional marketplace that ensures compliance with national environmental standards while boosting the regional green economy.

I contributed to the full-stack optimization of Fidusap®, a high-performance FinTech ecosystem for the fiduciary and banking sectors. My work focused on enhancing the Android mobile applications and scaling the Backend architecture to support complex financial operations. A key contribution was the implementation and refinement of biometric recognition systems for secure user authentication and automated onboarding (KYC/SARLAFT). Additionally, I improved the integration of multi-company accounting engines and real-time data synchronization, ensuring a robust, secure, and compliant experience across all digital platforms.

Contributed to the development of a scalable microservices architecture to enhance the transaction speed and reliability for major banking institutions. My role involved optimizing Backend performance and Android integration, significantly reducing latency in financial operations. I led the implementation of biometric recognition systems for secure authentication and streamlined the communication between microservices, ensuring high-speed processing and robust security for large-scale digital banking transactions.

I played a key role in the full-stack evolution of this Edutech ecosystem, focused on early childhood neurodevelopment. I spearheaded Frontend and Backend enhancements to optimize platform performance and scalability. A major technical highlight was implementing the seamless communication between the web platform and Unity-based interactive modules, enabling a fluid exchange of data for gamified learning experiences. By refining the architecture, I ensured a high-quality user experience that combines pedagogical science with advanced interactive technology.

Developed a cross-platform simulator designed to monitor management commission earnings in real-time. The system processes weekly performance reports and is available on both web and mobile. By utilizing a single codebase, I ensured feature parity and seamless maintenance across all platforms.

This multi-platform application (Web & iOS) provides end-to-end monitoring for television broadcasts. It combines real-time internet streaming with automated video archiving. By integrating Computer Vision, the app performs facial recognition and detects signal irregularities, sending instant alerts to prevent downtime and maintain peak audiovisual quality.
